I can't re-enable origin in-game. I click it, it does nothing. I restart origin, it does nothing, same problem. Is there a fix?

    Other simmers are having the same issue with not being able to access the downloadable content. They also are receiving the message to enable origin in-game, although they already have it enabled.
    As a workaround until the issue is fixed , click the top of the forum page. That will take you to thesims.com site. Press the ' store' label, then press sims 4 store. It will then show what packs you own or don't own, and when you click on them it will show all the items in the pack.

    Hello
    Shut down your computer completely. Start the computer again, then log into origin and see if that helps with the origin in-game button.
    Go into game options in the game. Go to ' other' make sure that online access is ticked.
    If the issue is still there, uninstall and reinstall origin and see if that helps.

  • I don't have exactly the same problem but I just installed Origin/Sims 4 on a new computer and Origin in game says it IS enabled in the Origin client but when I try to look at Downloadable content in the actual game all I get is a message saying Origin in game is disabled and I'll need to enable it. I've turned everything off and on again to no avail.

    Hello @daar1113. Other simmers are having the same issue with not being able to see the downloadable content, because of the issue with origin in-game.
